My Role

I took full ownership of the acquisition workflow, designing and executing a system that combined technical SEO, business strategy, automation, and cross-team collaboration.

Problem Statement

Acquire underutilized niche sites and migrate them into Omni Calculator without losing SEO equity.

To run acquisitions at scale, the framework had to solve three things:

  • Identify and qualify acquisition targets.
  • Valuate and forecast traffic uplift before acquiring.
  • Migrate content and implement 301 redirects without ranking drops.
